MAC has named Jeff Smith as the new judging coordinator...
Jeff Smith has been named judging coordinator for MAC and will assume the details immediately following the Winter 2012 season. "Jeff brings an incredible amount of education experience to the role which will enable MAC to live up to it's promise of providing high caliber judges for it's members and performers." Carman Dragone was quoted as saying. "Jeff will oversee an educational approach to judge recruiting and training. His extensive knowledge of what our member bands need is second to none. He is in a very unique position to serve MAC's membership in every way possible"
MAC has created a unique system of 'super shows' in which we will use a traditional panel of five judges plus some events will have an extra panel of national judges who can provide a unique insight local panels maybe can not. These 'super shows' will be a great addition to our calendar and will provide a unique insight to our members shows and offer some great commentary.
